Activation

You land a critical hit with a BLUNT weapon.

Effect

A perfect crushing blow forces the target to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 13 plus your Strength modifier) or be Skull-Cracked (stunned for 12 seconds) and carry a permanent Cracked Skull of -2 Intelligence. A skull only cracks this way once.
