Combat Grab is a Adept Warrior feat.

"Why just hit them when you can hit them and then hold them so you can hit them again? Your free hand shoots out and clamps down like a bear trap, and they're not going anywhere until you decide otherwise."

Activation

You have a free hand and land a successful melee strike.

Effect

Upon landing a strike with a free hand, the attack automatically applies Grappled DEBUFF to the target. The creature cannot move and repeats a Strength saving throw (DC 13) every few seconds to break free.
