Certain Strike is a Novice Warrior feat.
"You've trained to make every swing count. Even when your blade doesn't find its mark, the sheer power behind it ensures some damage gets through. A miss from you hurts more than most people's hits."
Activation
You make a melee attack that misses its target.
Effect
Even on a missed attack, your strike is close enough to deal damage equal to your Strength modifier (minimum 1). Apply a Grazing Strike DAMAGE effect.
