This page lists every base item worn in the hands slot. A base is the item as it drops or is crafted, before any tempering; its implicit is part of its identity and is always present, whatever the rarity. Rarity and damage are each base's anchor values: a found piece can roll its rarity up or down, and higher rarities can carry extra damage dice.
