The Negotiator is a Novice Bartering feat.
"Gain +2 to Bartering checks when offering something other than coin."

Use on a Bartering check to offer goods, services, favors, or information instead of coin.
Effect
Add +2 to the Bartering check. You can propose unconventional trades, but the offer must still be roughly fair in value. The bonus does not force an unequal deal.
