Activation

You verbally undermine a target's equipment, weapons, or armor during combat or a tense encounter.

Effect

The target makes a Wisdom save or gains Buyer's Remorse: they second-guess their own gear, fighting weaker for a short while (-2 Strength). On a successful Wisdom save, the critique fails to land. Only works on intelligent creatures who understand your language.
