Know a Guy is an Apprentice Bartering feat.
"Negotiate access to restricted stock above the settlement's usual quality."
Activation
Ask a merchant or contact for restricted goods and make a Bartering check. Once per merchant per stock cycle.
Effect
On success, the merchant offers a few pieces one or two tiers above the settlement's normal stock and a rare reagent, all at a steep markup. This stock remains until the next restock. On failure, the contact does not trust you.
