Seeds of Doubt is a Adept Deception feat.

"A whisper is a weapon. 'Has your partner seemed distant lately? I heard they were seen at the rival's estate.' You plant a seed and watch it grow into a tree of suspicion. The beauty is that paranoia does your work for you."

Activation

You whisper or speak privately to an NPC about one of their allies, companions, or associates.

Effect

The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On failure, they gain Paranoid: they believe their ally may be working against them, second-guess everyone, and read others worse (-2 to Insight checks), and while Paranoid they will not willingly cooperate with the accused ally. If they resist, they recognize the manipulation and turn on you.
