"Invent a rank in the target's faction and bark an order. Beat their WISDOM with a [DECEPTION](SKILL::DECEPTION) check and they obey."
Activation
Address a hostile who belongs to a faction, claiming invented authority. Once per short rest.
Effect
Deception check contested by target's Wisdom. On success, target spends 12 seconds Following Orders: disengaging, holding position, or attacking its nearest ally. Works on faction members below leadership. Leaders are immune.
