Freezeframe is a Novice Stealth feat.

"You've discovered the predator's secret: most eyes track movement, not shapes. The hard part is not flinching when they stare right at you."

Activation

The location is dark, and you are spotted or caught in the open but immediately stop all movement.

Effect

When you freeze completely still upon being noticed, nearby observers strain against the dark to confirm a half-glimpsed shape: each must make a Wisdom save (DC 12) or lose their certainty, gaining Frozen Stillness for a few seconds (-2 Perception).
