Misdirection is a Adept Stealth feat.

"They spotted you. Or rather, they spotted where you were a half-second ago. A thrown pebble, a rustled curtain, a shadow cast the wrong way. Your body said 'I'm here' while your instincts already moved you there. Misdirection isn't lying. It's shaping the truth as it happens."

Activation

You are detected by an enemy or observer, and you have not yet attacked this round.

Effect

When spotted, make a Stealth check against the observer: on a failed Wisdom save (DC 12) they are Misdirected for a few seconds, second-guessing what they saw (-2 Perception).
