Activation

You hold your breath and move with extreme care during a delicate action requiring silence (picking a lock, crossing a creaky room, approaching a sleeping target).

Effect

For 12 seconds, you gain a buff called Absolute Silence making all your actions completely soundless. Holding that silence leaves you Winded for 60 seconds, reducing movement speed by 5 feet.
