Cloud Reader is a Novice History feat.
"Red sky at morning, sailor's warning. Your head holds a thousand such rhymes, passed down from people who lived or died by reading the heavens. Give you a clear view of the sky and a few quiet minutes, and you can tell the party what the road ahead is really going to throw at them."
Activation
You take time to study the sky and weather before setting out, and you read it well. Roll History.
Effect
On a successful History read of the sky, you gain Weatherwise: the party travels smarter, timing its movements around the weather you foresaw. Your chance of a travel encounter is reduced until your next long rest. Usable about once per long rest.
