Activation
A present danger, negotiation, or decision resembles a recorded event. Recall is always active. Payoff fires once per scene.
Effect
You recall the closest useful precedent. Once per scene, before you or an ally within 60 feet rolls a related attack, save, or check: that roll gains advantage and +1d4.
