Weather Bones is a Adept Perception feat.

"Your knees ache before the rain. Your teeth tingle before lightning. Somewhere in your bones lives a barometer truer than any alchemist's instrument. Friends ask you about the weather like they're consulting an oracle, and you shrug and say your left ankle told you."

Activation

You're outdoors, able to read the sky and feel the turn of the weather.

Effect

Declaring this on a Perception check in adverse weather grants a +2 bonus to that roll; the check still resolves normally. And because foul ground never surprises you, the bite of a harsh outdoor campsite is always softened: any terrain rest-debuff you suffer lands at half its usual severity.
