Weather Bones is an Apprentice Perception feat.
"Gain +2 to Perception checks in bad weather and halve harsh-campsite penalties."
Activation
Use on a Perception check in adverse weather outdoors. The campsite benefit is always active.
Effect
Add +2 to the Perception check. Separately, terrain penalties from harsh outdoor campsites apply to you at half their normal severity.
