"Gain +2 to Perception checks to navigate by sound while unable to see."
Activation
Use on a Perception check while navigating by sound without sight. Uses per long rest equal your proficiency bonus, becoming unlimited at character level 20.
Effect
Add +2 to that Perception check. The check can still fail.
