Activation

You destroy an inanimate object dramatically and unexpectedly (shattering furniture, snapping a weapon, demolishing a door) within sight of other creatures.

Effect

Nearby creatures who witness the destruction must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 12) or become Frightened for 30 seconds: shaken, weaker and clumsier (-2 Strength, -2 Dexterity).
