"Your voice booms from deep within your chest with such raw, thunderous power that it rattles your target's composure and scrambles their thoughts. Of course, everyone within shouting distance will definitely know exactly where you are and what you're saying, but you want to be heard."

Activation

You yell or shout at a creature within 30 feet.

Effect

The targeted creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 12) or become Cowed: -2 Wisdom for 30 seconds as the shout rattles their composure. All creatures within 60 feet become aware of your location.
