"Repeated attacks take -40 ACCURACY against you. Save against repeated abilities with advantage."
Activation
A hostile within 60 feet repeats an action you saw within the last 30 seconds. Once per round and once per enemy per combat.
Effect
If the repeated action is an attack, it takes -40 ACCURACY against you. If it forces a save, you roll that save with advantage.
