Activation
Use when eating a raw, unrefined ingredient. The refined-potion drawback is always active.
Effect
Roll for an unpredictable effect from the raw ingredient. Most outcomes heal or grant a brief benefit, but some cause a mild penalty. Refined potions, tinctures, and brewed draughts provide no beneficial effects and instead cause a minor adverse effect when you drink them.
