Activation

You are exposed to inhaled hazards (poison gas, smoke, choking dust, underwater without air) or enter an area with limited breathable air.

Effect

Gain Iron Lungs buff: strong resistance to inhaled poison and smoke (+2 poison resistance). Function normally in gas, smoke, and dust. You can hold your breath far longer than any normal person, long enough to make people uncomfortable.
