"Your lungs have been forged in campfire smoke, dungeon dust, and whatever the hell that green fog in the goblin tunnels was. At this point, you could breathe underwater for an uncomfortably long time. Not forever. But long enough to make everyone nervous."

Activation

You are exposed to inhaled hazards (poison gas, smoke, choking dust, underwater without air) or enter an area with limited breathable air.

Effect

Gain Iron Lungs BUFF: strong resistance to inhaled poison and smoke (+2 POISON_RESISTANCE). Function normally in gas, smoke, and dust. You can hold your breath far longer than any normal person, long enough to make people uncomfortable.
