Cauterize is a Adept Endurance feat.

"You press the heated blade against your own wound and don't scream. Well, not loudly. You burn the wound shut and fight the poison back the only way you know how. Tomorrow you'll have a new scar and a story about the time you cauterized a wound with a torch while three goblins watched in horror."

Activation

You are suffering from a BLEED or POISON damage-over-time effect and have access to a heat source (torch, campfire, heated blade).

Effect

Sear a wound with a heat source, taking 1d4 HEALTH from the self-treatment, and end one bleed or poison effect afflicting you. You grit your teeth and press the heat to the injury, staunching the bleeding or choking off the spreading poison. It hurts, but you face the wound on your own terms.
