Activation

You spend at least 8 hours spreading rumors and tales in a settlement (singing songs, telling stories, giving speeches) about a specific person, faction, or cause.

Effect

After performing publicly, make a Performance check. On success, shift the settlement's attitude one step in the direction of your choice regarding the subject. On failure, the propaganda is recognized and your own reputation suffers.
