"Shape a settlement's opinion of a person, faction, or cause through public performance."
Activation
Spend at least 8 hours spreading songs, rumors, stories, or speeches about the subject in a settlement.
Effect
Make a Performance check. On success, move the settlement's attitude one category in your chosen direction. On failure, people recognize the propaganda and your reputation suffers.
