Pocket Sand is a Adept Rogue feat.
"When cornered, you fight dirty. Fancy footwork is nice, but sometimes you just need them to be unable to see you stab them."
Activation
Throwing debris, dust, or small objects at an enemy's face.
Effect
Spend on a successful Thieving check against a target to force a Dexterity save (DC 12) or leave them Blinded for 12 seconds. They watch poorly (-2 Perception) and swing wide, so their targets dodge at advantage.
