Reaction Time is a Novice Thieving feat.
"Your hands move faster than thought, plucking opportunity from the air itself. A tossed coin becomes yours mid-arc, fumbled keys never touch the ground, and if it moves, you can catch it."
Activation
You attempt to catch, grab, or intercept a small object in motion (tossed keys, falling coins, a weapon being drawn).
Effect
You gain +2 on Thieving checks to catch or intercept small objects in motion, and can attempt to catch items that others wouldn't even react to in time.
