"Repair damaged armor or reinforce intact armor for +10 armor for 1 hour."
Activation
Spend 10 minutes repairing or reinforcing armor during a short rest or between combats. Choose yourself or an ally.
Effect
Restore damaged armor, or grant Reinforced to the wearer of undamaged armor for +10 armor for 1 hour. Improvised materials suffice, with no specialized tools required.
