Kefa Dominion
The Kefa Dominion is one of the six regions of Valdaria. It is an empire born of nomadic horse lords and settled oasis peoples, where life follows water and caravan roads. Status is measured by lineage, equestrian mastery, and the gleam of silk and metal.
A strict code of honor governs duels and deals alike. Hospitality is expected, but slights are repaid quickly, and the Dominion holds to its nomadic ways even amid royal luxuries.
Culture
Kefa Dominion is one of the six cultures a character can hail from at character creation. A character of the Dominion comes from a desert empire of horse lords and monarchs where bloodline and wealth determine status.
Faith
The Dominion keeps the salt rites of Drahn, the Sundered King, its patron faith. Drahn guides the dead, and his skull is the black moon read for omens, as described on Faiths of Valdaria.
